Responsibilities
• 6–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of building for diverse customer segments including enterprise • Technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, HRIS integrations, and data infrastructure; able to partner effectively with engineering on complex systems architecture decisions • Proven AI product experience — you've built AI-powered products or features and understand how to identify where AI creates meaningful differentiation and real customer value • A strong PM foundation — structured thinking, sharp prioritization, and the ability to balance big-picture strategy with pragmatic, iterative execution • Customer-centric discovery skills — you go deep with customers, translate qualitative insights into scalable product solutions, and know the difference between a one-off request and a platform opportunity • Experience working in upmarket or enterprise contexts — you understand multi-stakeholder buying, data governance, and the complexity that comes with large-organization compliance • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact. • What you can expect as a Vanta’n: • Industry-competitive salary and equity • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents • Health & wellness stipend • Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend • Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office
