Responsibilities
• To design and implement scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our growing user base. • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements for scaling efforts. • To monitor system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks in real time. • To optimize codebase by refactoring or rewriting components as necessary for scalability improvements. • To research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies that can enhance the scalability of our products. • To provide technical leadership to junior engineers on scaling projects within a remote team environment.
