You build trust quickly with senior stakeholders, spot risks early, and leave every project in better shape than you found it. • Trusted at senior stakeholder level - able to have difficult conversations and maintain the relationship • Trusted by on-the-ground delivery teams - able to have detailed conversations about technology and product with the experts on your team • Preventative rather than reactive - you identify risk early and act before it becomes a problem • Rigorous about delivery metrics and able to use them to justify commercial decisions • Genuinely interested in lean delivery principles and willing to keep learning • Humble and coachable - you take feedback and bring that same openness to your team • A multiplier: you improve delivery maturity on every project you touch, and bring things back to the wider team • Around 2-3 years of delivery management experience on complex digital or technology projects • Relevant experience within a technical agency or consultancy • Proven track record managing both fixed-price and time/materials engagements • Experience managing senior client stakeholders and steering committees • Demonstrable examples of scope negotiation and risk management on large or high-stakes projects • Experience running agile ceremonies and holding teams to a high standard of delivery • Comfortable using delivery data to drive commercial decisions • A strong academic background
