Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with partner/agency development and management • Previous experience working with a partner Vtex • High-level of business acumen • Fluent in SaaS business models • Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with partners and customers • Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets • Ability to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written • Must be motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently • Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success team. • Hold on! Responsibilities
• To manage and develop tech partnerships within the LATAM region to drive business growth. • Oversee project management for partner engagements ensuring alignment with company goals. • Coordinate meetings and negotiations between our organization and potential or existing technology partners. • Develop strategies to leverage technological advancements in enhancing product offerings within the LATAM market. • Monitor industry trends related to tech developments that could impact business operations, providing insights for decision making. • Facilitate communication and collaboration between our organization's teams and technology partners through regular updates and meetings. • Evaluate potential new technologies or services offered by external vendors relevant to the company’s needs in LATAM region. • Assess risks associated with tech partnerships, including financial stability of partner companies and compliance with local regulations. • Maintain a comprehensive database on technology trends, potential partners, and market opportunities within the LATAM region for strategic planning purposes. • Represent our organization at industry events to network with key players in tech partnerships and stay abreast of emerging technologies relevant to business needs.
