Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field required. • 5–8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or sales within healthcare, digital health, or health plans. • Experience engaging with health plans and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. • Strong Salesforce proficiency with demonstrated discipline in pipeline management and forecasting. • Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable speaking with stakeholders from analysts to C-suite leaders. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling content for strategic discussions. • Relationship-builder who can talk to anyone and quickly establish trust. • Naturally kind, friendly, and collaborative in your approach. • Hungry to win and motivated by closing meaningful partnerships. • Detail-oriented operator who thrives on keeping complex pipelines organized and moving forward. • Curious, proactive, and energized by working in a fast-moving environment alongside senior leadership. • Flex PTO policy (3-5 wks/year recommended) + 11 paid company holidays. • Generous parental leave.
Responsibilities
• Pipeline & Sales Operations • Own and maintain the business development pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, discipline, and visibility across all stages of the funnel. • Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with company growth priorities across a rolling 12–24 month horizon. • Track prospect engagement, opportunity progression, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. • Partner with leadership to identify priority accounts and develop targeted engagement strategies. • Strategic Prospect Engagement • Support the VP of Payor Strategy & Partnerships and CEO in engaging strategic health plan prospects. • Prepare materials, talking points, and follow-up content to advance conversations with executive stakeholders. • Drive pull-through on strategic opportunities by coordinating internal resources and maintaining momentum across deal cycles. • Develop thoughtful outreach and engagement strategies for priority payor accounts. • Closing & Expanding Access • Own business development efforts to expand access by closing key health plans • Identify and cultivate relationships with decision makers across clinical, network, and innovation teams within health plans. • Progress opportunities from initial conversation through contracting and launch support. • Maintain consistent follow-through to ensure deals move forward efficiently.
