Responsibilities
• Configuration & Technical Implementation (60%) • Partner with Program Managers to understand client requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and define program scope and success criteria • Lead the configuration and enhancement of our low/no-code applications, translating client requirements into system logic (sometimes SQL and JavaScript are required) • Design custom workflows or leverage existing templates and best practices • Own the technical implementation end-to-end—from discovery through payments—ensuring applicants can successfully apply and receive funds • Quality Assurance & Support (30%) • Proactively identify, document, and resolve technical issues with root cause analysis; monitor programs post-launch and iterate based on feedback • Perform comprehensive QA and testing before each program launch, validating logic, verifing data integrity, and confirming compliance • Respond to customer questions and communicate proactively about updates or changes that may impact their programs • Documentation & Knowledge Management (10%) • Create and maintain detailed documentation for each implementation, including project plans, custom configurations, technical decisions, and best practices • Provide structured feedback to improve configuration processes and internal tools
