Responsibilities
• Technical capture of customer requirements and translation into clear implementation plans. • Building and rolling out fonio setup in production environments including workflows, logic, data flows, prompts, guardrails. • Implementation of integrations with third-party systems (APIs/Webhooks) such as CRM, calendar, ticketing, payments etc. • Development of small to medium features or glue code for customer cases along with tests, monitoring, and logging. • Debugging in real time including calls, flows, data, edge cases, and quick fixes under production conditions. • Standardization through reusable templates, best practices, deployment playbooks for scalability. • Establishing a feedback loop into the product to identify pain points, feature gaps, recurring patterns based on prioritization.
