Requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer LAN/WAN networks and service systems • Investigate and resolve backup failures and technical issues • Provide prompt technical support via phone and email • Configure hardware and network equipment • Document everything in ConnectWise and meet SLA requirements
