Requirements
• Three years of professional consulting in customer-facing roles. • SaaS deployment experience, preferably HR-related. • Strong project management skills. • Experience with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting. • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset. • Adaptable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Organized, analytical; manage multiple client implementations. • Fluent French (US/UK) or B2 English proficiency required.
Responsibilities
• To provide technical support and guidance to customers using our solutions. • To troubleshoot issues reported by users in real time. • To develop customized solution strategies for complex customer needs. • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features into existing systems. • To maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and provide documentation on our products and services. • To monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization or enhancement. • To communicate regularly with customers, stakeholders, and team members regarding project statuses and outcomes. • To stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the company's solutions.
