mediasmart - Product Designer

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role working on digital products. • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, Auto Layout, design systems, and shared libraries. • Experience designing complex web applications with dense information architecture and data-heavy workflows. • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. • Demonstrated experience working in environments where design systems and design processes needed to be built or matured. • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently with strong ownership and autonomy. • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in agile product organizations. • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with Material UI or similar component-based design systems. • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving organizations with high ownership and accountability. • Intermediate\ Advanced English skills. • Experience within AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, MarTech, or B2B SaaS environments. • Practical use of AI tools within the product design workflow. • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or customer interviews independently. • Familiarity with analytics tools, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed design practices. • WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • Improved usability and efficiency across mediasmart’s platform experiences. • Consistent and scalable design patterns adopted across multiple products and engineering teams. • Faster design-to-development workflows and improved implementation quality. • Proactive identification and delivery of UX improvements with measurable business impact. • Strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Design stakeholders. • Well-documented design systems, patterns, and guidelines that enable product scalability. • Successful delivery of multiple high-impact initiatives while maintaining design quality and consistency.
