Requirements
• You are a clear, confident and compelling communicator — in writing, in conversation and in front of C-suite stakeholders • You’re able to provide strategic insight to customers, understanding their challenges, pain points and opportunities. You have experience of moving this insight into action and delivering commercial value for large organisations. • You will bring real negotiation expertise to the role, with an in-depth knowledge of the available levers to pull and strategies to employ to get the best result across the full range of enterprise SaaS vendors. • You’ll be a creative thinker that challenges customers and suppliers to help reach desired outcomes. • You are an expert in driving the delivery of commercial change at organisations, who can manage stakeholder expectations, provide constructive challenge and ensure all key objectives and timelines are met. • You will bring substantial years of commercial experience in an indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting experience. • Category experience in technology (including IT/SaaS) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
• You’ll be accountable for Vertice’s service delivery into a portfolio of strategic accounts. • You’ll support some of Vertice’s most strategic private-equity relationships, contributing to our sales pipeline through exceptional customer delivery. • Work with C suite, and senior stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their requirements, purchase objectives and technology strategy. • Manage key SaaS Partner relationships for our largest spend areas • Implement Enterprise sourcing strategies, balancing innovation and best practice • Mentoring junior members of the team to drive outcomes and team culture.
