Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines. • 2-3 years of experience in application development, with a focus on marketing automation platforms or low-code/no-code solutions; • Specialized in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) – SFMC / MCAE • Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) – SFMC / MCAE • Proven experience in developing and deploying marketing automation solutions; • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with specific focus on email template development, landing page creation, and responsive design; • Familiarity with APIs and integrations with other enterprise systems, particularly CRM platforms like Salesforce; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent • communication and interpersonal skills. • Desirable Skill(s) • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) certification or similar marketing automation platform certifications; • Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing low-code product and features, including but not limited to rules engine, workflow, processes logics, data validations screen flows and page layouts with products such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365 etc. • Experience with email deliverability best practices and troubleshooting; • Knowledge of marketing database management, contact segmentation, and data hygiene practices; • Understanding of international data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR). • Any personal data you share with us during the application process will be processed strictly in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Notice.
