Requirements

Responsibilities
• Product Delivery & Execution • Support execution of the Sell-Side product roadmap. • Assist with requirement definition, backlog grooming, sprint coordination, and release tracking. • Validate new features by testing API workflows and confirming expected system behavior. • Coordinate development and production environment readiness, including configuration alignment, documentation updates, and structured handover for releases. • Coordinate cross-functional communication to keep projects on track. • Client Coordination • Support client onboarding and go-lives in partnership with Onboarding and Solutions teams. • Participate in client demos, training sessions, and feedback collection. • Help investigate client issues and coordinate follow-ups with Engineering. • Documentation & Reporting • Maintain product documentation, release notes, and feature guides. • Track delivery milestones and assist with product reporting and usage insights.
