Requirements

• Experience implementing corporate security controls such as those required for SOC 2 • Experience with Google Workspace Admin • Excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to talk tech with our staff at all levels (and ensure they understand what you're saying!) • Good working knowledge of Slack, GitHub, 1Password and many other SAAS tools • Understanding how to manage AI tooling such as Claude, Gemini and OpenAI • Strong working knowledge of macOS, Windows and Linux in an enterprise environment • Experience doing internal security audits • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills in both physical workspaces (e.g., cable management, equipment storage) and managing digital workflows, including task tracking and documentation

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve complex software, hardware and networking issues including MacOS, Windows and Linux. • A/V Support using Brave Talk, in house and remote • User account management such as onboarding / offboarding staff members, modifying access permissions, periodic audits of access controls, and user credential management • Hardware and Software inventory control and purchasing and remote shipping • Creating clear and concise documentation in the form of runbooks, tutorials, technical tips, and knowledge based articles • Doing security reviews of our vendors and responding to customer security inquiries that relate to IT • Maintaining company asset management with Snipe-IT • Building workflows and automations to help streamline internal processes
