Requirements
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture of distributed data systems, customer success, or consulting role • An understanding of how to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables • Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis and managing the delivery of complex programmes/projects • Continuous learning and keeping up with the fast evolution of the Acceldata ADOC platform • Track record of overachievement against quota, goals or similar objective targets.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement solutions to improve customer success in the UK market for Acceldata's residential energy products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product development, sales, operations, finance, legal, HR, IT/DevOps, business intelligence (BI), analytics, and AI to ensure alignment of customer success strategies across the organization. • Lead a team focused on understanding residential energy consumption patterns in order to develop tailored solutions for Acceldata's customers that enhance their experience with our products while also promoting sustainable living practices. • Engage directly and regularly with key stakeholders, including senior management, product development teams, sales representatives, operations staff, finance department, legal counsel, HR professionals, IT/DevOps personnel, BI analysts, data scientists, AI specialists to ensure a holistic approach in delivering customer success. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the residential energy sector such as churn rates, average revenue per user (ARPU), net promoter score (NPS), retention rate, lifetime value of customers etc., using BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI. • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, activation, onboarding, engagement, upselling/cross selling to increase the overall revenue from residential energy products in UK market. • Conduct regular meetings with cross functional teams to discuss progress towards goals related to improving customer success outcomes such as reducing churn rates and increasing ARPUs etc., using tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams for virtual collaboration if necessary due to hybrid work model. • Provide training sessions, webinars/workshops on topics relevant to residential energy products (e.g., sustainable living practices) in order to enhance customer knowledge and engagement with our product lineup at Acceldata UK. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment for renewable energy solutions, including any changes or updates that may impact business operations within this sector. This includes staying abreast of legislation related to residential solar installations in different regions across United Kingdom and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape for renewable energy solutions, including key players' strategies, product offerings, pricing models etc., using tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush to monitor online presence and customer reviews/ratings on platforms such as Amazon, Yelp, TrustPilot. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market trends in residential energy solutions including emerging technologies (e.g., battery storage systems), evolving consumer preferences etc., using
