• Hands-on UK payroll experience, including variable hours, overtime, and shift uplifts. • Experience with ADP or a comparable payroll platform, feeding data into a live pay run. • Strong data reconciliation skills, confident across spreadsheets and workforce or scheduling systems. • Working knowledge of UK pay rules and Working Time Regulations. • Clear, direct communicator, comfortable resolving pay queries one to one with staff. • Experience with shift-based, healthcare, or clinical workforce. • We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market‑facing role titles.
