Responsibilities
• Build & Transform: You are responsible for designing the roadmap for Market Data operations. You will lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team, turning the function into a centre of excellence that balances technical integrity with commercial agility. • Build & Transform: • Mentorship: Actively upskill the team in complex licensing frameworks and data observability, ensuring every team member is an expert in the "Addepar way" of data management. • Mentorship: • Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for the "who, what, and how" of data access, ensuring we stay ahead of audit requirements and vendor evolutions. • Ownership: • Access Architecture: Manage and audit user access to market data (internal and external benchmark and market data) ensuring strict adherence to complex redistribution scenarios and vendor-specific restrictions. • Access Architecture: • Audit Command: Lead the preparation and delivery of usage audits back to licensors, ensuring 100% compliance with all contractual clauses. • Audit Command: • Pipeline Supervision: Oversee daily market data pipeline workflows to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of pricing and reference data feeds. • Pipeline Supervision: • Data Quality Ownership: Perform internal verification checks to ensure data integrity (FX rates, corporate actions) and resolve exceptions to maintain high-quality standards. • Data Quality Ownership: • Compliance Framework: Maintain a Rights Management framework to monitor data implementation and usage, ensuring all derived content follows vendor terms of use. • Compliance Framework: • KPI & Metrics: Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) through automated dashboards to demonstrate operational health and team growth. • KPI & Metrics:
