Palmetto Clean Technology - Capital Markets Associate, Structured Finance

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s or MBA a plus • 3-5+ years of experience in banking or capital markets; solar industry and structured finance experience strongly preferred • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with deep understanding of the macroeconomic landscape • Proactively identifies improvement opportunities across systems and processes, and implements solutions and updates them • Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment where priorities may change quickly • Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams in Finance & Accounting, Technology etc. • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills; can present to varying audiences and leaders • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. • Equal Employment Opportunity • Palmetto embraces diversity and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
