Requirements

• Has 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance • Demonstrates strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities • Excels at creating clear, compelling presentations for diverse audiences • Is fluent in Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT as part of daily work • Possesses SQL knowledge with R and/or Python experience (preferred) • Takes ownership of projects and drives them to completion • Challenges conventions and pushes boundaries to find innovative solutions • Shows enthusiasm for learning and professional development • Demonstrates agility in problem-solving and prioritization • Communicates concisely and effectively with various stakeholders • Exhibits strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective

Responsibilities

• Own the Monthly Business Review and OKR process end to end, from model roll-forward to the room • Build and maintain financial models that support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc strategic decisions • Drive variance analysis on Opex and hold the business accountable to it • Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives that move the needle on profitability • Identify and refine the KPIs that tell us how the business is actually doing • Build core materials that are easy to update, so reporting gets faster over time, not slower
