Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Solid programming skills and experience writing production code • Comfortable debugging and working across a large codebase • Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries • Basic understanding of networking and connectivity concepts • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with users • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and systems

Responsibilities

• We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help keep Teton running smoothly across hundreds of deployments. • When issues come in from customers, you'll be the first technical person digging into them. You'll investigate what happened, understand where things broke, and work closely with engineering to get them fixed. • To do this well, you'll develop a deep understanding of the entire Teton stack. From devices deployed in resident rooms and local networks, to backend services, databases, infrastructure, and mobile apps. • Investigating and troubleshooting support tickets from customers • Debugging issues across devices, networking, backend services, databases, and mobile apps • Working closely with Customer Success and Engineering to resolve customer issues • Reproducing bugs and identifying root causes • Building fixes and improvements across different parts of the product • Identifying recurring issues and helping improve overall system reliability • This is a great role for someone who wants to learn how a complex product works end-to-end. One day you might be debugging connectivity issues on a deployed device. The next you might be investigating database records, fixing a frontend bug, or working with one of our machine learning engineers to understand unexpected system behavior. • You'll work closely with specialists across the company and gain exposure to hardware, networking, cloud infrastructure, backend systems, mobile apps, and machine learning systems.

Benefits

• Participation in our warrant program (stock options). • A small team where your decisions directly shape the product. • A Copenhagen-based office with close collaboration, no async-only culture. • Work on software that healthcare workers depend on every day, the impact is tangible and immediate. • We're looking for individuals who share our vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship over a conventional job. • At Teton, you'll have the chance to make a real impact with your work. • If you're ready for more than just a job, come aboard and be part of our mission to transform healthcare.
