• 1-3 years running social, content, or community for a technical company, a science-adjacent media brand, an event series, or a community platform. Self-built audiences and adjacent experience count equally. • A strong, distinctive writing voice. You move between LinkedIn announcements, customer replies, and community posts without defaulting to generic AI phrasing. • Genuine curiosity about biology and AI. No science degree required, but you should be able to follow technical conversations in protein design and AI without needing them explained. • Highly organized. You'll juggle multiple channels, partnerships, and ongoing threads simultaneously, and build the systems to track them. • Comfortable with ambiguity. There is no editorial calendar or playbook. You'll decide what's worth posting based on what we're shipping and what the field is discussing. • Bonus: existing presence in protein design or AI bio circles, prior experience running a hackathon or competition, short-form video editing, or a track record of building a technical community from scratch. • Location: On-site or remote, with timezone overlap with US or Europe.
