You will transform complex banking data, AI-generated insights, workflows, and operational intelligence into intuitive, explainable, and visually compelling user experiences that empower enterprise users. • Lead end-to-end product design activities from discovery and user research through design, prototyping, and delivery. • Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-centered experiences. • Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces. • Create interaction patterns and design solutions across multiple enterprise applications and platforms. • Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and design standards to ensure consistency and scalability. • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. • Design data-rich interfaces that effectively communicate complex information and AI-driven insights. • Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business, technical, and operational requirements. • Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled user experiences, ensuring transparency, usability, and explainability in AI interactions.
