Requirements

Responsibilities
• Build and scale automated creator prospecting engines across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. • Architect agency and partnership discovery workflows to identify high-value talent managers and intermediaries. • Implement automation in both inbound and outbound funnels for lead generation efficiency. • Develop deal intelligence dashboards that track negotiations and performance signals. • Engineer retention and health-scoring systems with proactive churn risk flagging capabilities. • Establish a single source of truth for GTM metrics, including CAC, ARR, MRR, pipeline health, and forecasting. • Build competitive intelligence systems to monitor market movements and provide actionable insights. • Continuously seek opportunities to replace manual revenue operations work with scalable automation solutions.
