Fluxon - Senior Program Manager
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within software engineering or other highly technical environments • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple product development teams and senior stakeholders • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, artificial intelligence, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern engineering practices • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and navigate complex challenges in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decisions and drive measurable outcomes • Previous experience in Mag 7, FAANG or high-growth / startup environment is preferred • Experience managing complex technical programs in a client-facing, consulting, or professional services environment
Responsibilities
• Manage complex, large-scale technical programs spanning multiple development teams, products, and organizations • Oversee the overall program portfolio, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and critical blockers to ensure successful outcomes • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders, managing expectations, communicating progress, and driving alignment • Partner with senior leaders to navigate challenges, evaluate technical trade-offs, and drive informed decisions • Translate complex technical concepts into business implications, facilitating strategic discussions and cross-functional collaboration • Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery
