Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • CPA designation (or working towards a CPA) strongly preferred. • Minimum of 3 years related accounting experience working in an accounting function; prior public accounting experience. • Big 4 experience in audit or tax and industry experience strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting. • Strong proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word. • Experience with enterprise software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Workday) preferred. • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing all essential duties and strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including time management and prioritization abilities to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. • Positive attitude, flexible, and proactive, willing to jump in wherever needed.
