Spike Labs - Staff Product Designer

• Design product concepts that align with Spike Labs' mission to create cutting-edge technology solutions for a better world. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketers, and executives to ensure the feasibility of design ideas from conception through production readiness. • Conduct user research to understand customer needs and preferences in order to inform product designs that are both innovative and marketable. • Create detailed sketches, prototypes, or models using various tools (e.g., CAD software) as required for the project at hand. • Participate actively in design reviews with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback on product concepts and iterate designs accordingly. • Maintain a portfolio of past work that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and understanding of user experience principles relevant to Spike Labs' products.
