Mitratech - Implementation Consultant
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience implementing software within a professional services organization • Google Workspace • Microsoft Office • JIRA / Confluence • Strong time management and organization • Project management experience • Education: • Education: • College diploma • We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities – This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $50,000-55,000 Annually USD
Responsibilities
• Consult with clients during the software implementation phase to translate their business needs to functional areas of the platform. • Lead the technical solution architecture for mid-sized and enterprise accounts. • Validate and organize large sets of data. • Attend weekly client meetings and contribute as needed. • Work closely with internal teams to report on and resolve product enhancements, bugs, and support requests throughout the implementation process. • Lead implementation discovery, setup and configuration of their product. • Create and update internal documentation regarding best practices and procedures. Train colleagues on updates. • Assist in training new team members. • Periodically assist team members in other departments with support cases. • Attend product prioritization, stakeholder and update meetings; assist in UAT for product releases.
