Requirements
• Proven implementation experience — you've owned data implementation or onboarding projects in a SaaS environment, ideally involving complex data sets and enterprise customers • Detail-obsessed — you care about accuracy and quality in data migration, configuration, and project delivery; nothing ships unless it's right • AI-experienced — has used AI to materially change how implementation work gets done, whether that's accelerating data migration, generating first-draft playbooks, or building validation checks that used to be manual. Can speak to what changed and what it delivered • Strong project management — a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, juggling multiple workstreams and stakeholders without dropping the ball • Technically confident — comfortable with integrations, APIs, and webhooks, and able to guide customers through technical setup with clarity • Tool-fluent — proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and project management tools like Asana, with the ability to pick up new tools quickly • Comfortable with pace and ambiguity — startup experience is a plus; you thrive when processes are still being built and improved • Excellent communication — you can manage expectations, explain complex steps simply, and build trust with senior stakeholders across multiple functions • This is an in-person role. Our GTM team comes together in the office Monday through Thursday, while most of the team collaborates in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
