Requirements

• Experience managing online communities on platforms such as Reddit or Discord • Fluent in both English and Russian • Experience building engagement and working directly with online communities • Ability to communicate with empathy and stay calm in difficult situations • Genuine interest in technology and consumer products • Familiarity with hardware-focused products

Responsibilities

• Build and improve moderation processes together with our volunteer moderators • Develop community guidelines, moderation policies, and internal playbooks • Engage with users across Reddit and Discord, keeping discussions healthy and valuable • Collect structured product feedback from the community and share actionable insights with the product team • Help organize community initiatives and increase engagement across all channels
