Hello Heart - Senior Data Analyst, GTM

You actively use GenAI to automate repetitive work, streamline analysis and reporting, and continuously find new ways to scale your output • Strong data skills - data hygiene, sanity checks, etc. • Highly independent with strong problem-solving abilities and a go-getter. • Strong written and verbal communications skills • Highly organized, able to multitask and easily adapt to change. • A strong team player that can work with multiple functions within the company. • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and thrive in fast-paced environments. • BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience with advanced skills in SQL, reporting, data analysis, and/or visualization • 5+ years of experience with Python for data analytics / data science projects • 5+ years of experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) • Professional experience supporting data needs across various departments, such as marketing, product, finance, etc. • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000.00 to $160,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
