Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead market immersion to deeply understand and anticipate the evolving needs of the customers we serve • Identify and evaluate high-impact opportunities that align with our long-term business strategy and drive customer success • Make strategic decisions on product direction and own the outcomes of those decisions • Regularly assess and refine product strategy as market conditions and company objectives change • Turn complex data into insights that feed directly into product development and strategy • Oversee product discovery, user research, and release planning • Partner with the product development group to deliver valuable features and improvements on time • Develop and refine our approach to hypothesis-driven work, with solid data collection, analysis, and conclusions that guide the product • Champion innovation and smart risk-taking within the product team • Mentor and guide the Product Team, building collaboration, shared responsibility, and professional growth • Lead cross-functional communication so every stakeholder stays aligned and engaged across the product lifecycle • THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE • At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Benefits
• This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $155,000-$180,000 per year and is based on experience.
