Versaterm - Implementation Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in software implementation or a related technical client-facing role. • Deep understanding of software implementation lifecycle, project delivery, and system configuration practices. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently and lead client engagements from start to finish. • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience using project management software and maintaining implementation documentation. • Background in public safety, government technology, or enterprise SaaS environments is preferred. • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is an asset. • Ability to travel to client sites as required by project needs. • Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements.
