Versaterm - Project Implementation Lead

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset. • 8-10+ years of experience in software implementation, including leadership of advanced, enterprise-scale, or multi-phase projects. • Experience with Police Records Management Systems (RMS), especially with Versaterm RMS is strongly preferred. • Expert-level knowledge of the full implementation lifecycle, system configuration, and public safety or government technology environments. • Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, high-stakes delivery environments and influence outcomes across functions. • Exceptional communication, executive stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. • Track record of driving process improvement, methodology innovation, or delivery excellence initiatives. • Ability to travel to client sites as required by project needs. • Note: This position requires a security clearance from the Government of Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must successfully obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance.
