Requirements
• Proven NHS-facing experience; commercial, product, ops, or implementation • Direct experience working with NHS decision-makers (CCIOs, clinical leads, trust executives) • Strong people skills: objection handling, stakeholder management, relationship building • Confident running demos and presenting to clinical and executive audiences • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, founder-led environment • Positive, solutions-focused mindset • SaaS background useful but not essential • Bonus: experience designing pilots or digital health rollouts within NHS Trusts • Compensation: Competitive base salary, plus commission and bonus with upside. Responsibilities
• Run tailored demos for NHS contacts, highlighting compliance, trust, safety, and patient outcomes • Prospect outbound into senior NHS leaders, CCIOs, clinical leads, trust executives, to generate qualified opportunities • Work with internal stakeholders to design and launch pilot programs with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics • Build relationships with NHS decision-makers across clinical, operational, and executive functions • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Implementation, Product, Partnerships) to get pilots live and ensure a smooth experience • Track opportunities from first contact through to pilot launch in HubSpot • Feed insights back to Marketing and Product on hospital needs, objections, and opportunities
