Requirements

• +5 years of experience leading impactful product development and with a proven track record. • Very organised person, with excellent communication skills. • Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes. • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments. • Collaborative and approachable being an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams. • Curiosity, mastery of AI fundamentals, and a willingness to learn AI are also requirements • Seen as a Plus • Seen as a Plus • Experience with fraud is a plus, but not mandatory.
