• Ability to design and implement effective sourcing strategies across diverse roles • Proactive and independent work style • Outstanding time management and ability to meet deadlines • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and recruiting best practices • Proficient with applicant tracking and recruitment systems (e.g., Ashby) • Proven ability to source and hire for challenging positions • Understanding of current AI trends in recruiting • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience • At least 5 years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring • Strong knowledge of broadcast media and live event production industries, especially in major markets (SF Bay Area, LA, NY, London) preferred • Experience with project/event-based staffing • Prior experience in audio/visual technology, managed services, creative, or broadcast roles preferred • Prior managerial and/or staffing agency experience • Experience with Ashby applicant tracking system preferred • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
