Responsibilities
• Manage and develop Engineers across two product teams, fostering high performance, engagement, and sustainable delivery • Elevate Engineer’s performance and unlock their potential by creating the conditions, support and accountability for engineers to develop, and being willing to make tough calls where progress isn't happening • Support delivery momentum by helping teams identify lean approaches, spot risks early, stay focused on outcomes, and work through ambiguity • Collaborate with Staff Engineers to influence technical direction, improve decision-making, and support scalable systems • Play an active role in the Tech Leadership group, strengthening our Engineering culture, improving how Engineering operates and how we show up as leaders • Shape engineering practices by improving team collaboration, delivery, and engineering productivity across Product Development, including how we leverage AI tools and automation to work more effectively • Gain exposure to AI-powered products, working with teams building innovative user-facing solutions in a fast-evolving space
