Midi Health - Director, Category Management (Store Growth)
Requirements
• 8–12+ years in Category Management, CPG, Ecommerce or DTC growth • Proven track record owning pricing, promotions, and revenue growth • Strong instincts for portfolio optimization (not just launches) • Ability to zoom out to category strategy and zoom in to executional detail • Analytical, scrappy, and highly accountable — you know how to find and pull the right levers
Responsibilities
• Own existing category performance end-to-end — from overall category growth down to product-level optimization with a sharp focus on the Store • Scale existing products through pricing, bundling, promotion, and positioning • Lead pricing & promo strategy with a strong test-and-learn mindset • Drive merchandising across site, lifecycle, async Rx, and Shopify • Partner on new product GTM — ensure strong commercial performance post-launch • Find and execute growth opportunities across the full funnel from ads to site to emails
