Requirements
• Drive strategy for the onboarding API and SDK for integrators • 5+ years of product management experience owning products end to end • Experience with or inside a regulated institution on an API product (bank, money transmitter, or payment processor) • Deep experience in compliance/onboarding products or API/SDK products sold to integrators • Mix of startup and larger company experience
Responsibilities
• Own the product roadmap for KYC, KYB, and onboarding for businesses and individuals • Drive strategy for the onboarding API and SDK for integrators • Shape the risk rating program in partnership with compliance • Build internal tooling for compliance and operations (case queues, review workflows, audit trails) • Organize and prioritize engineering work, write specs, and unblock execution • Define and track metrics: onboarding conversion, time-to-approval, false positive rates, manual review volume • 5+ years of product management • owning products end to end • with or inside a regulated institution on an API product (bank, money transmitter, or payment processor) • in compliance/onboarding products or API/SDK products sold to integrators • working directly with engineering teams on prioritization and technical decisions • Strong written communication for specs and compliance documentation Nice-to-have / Preferred: • Built a risk rating or risk scoring program • Built onboarding for both businesses and individuals (KYB and KYC) • building internal tooling for compliance or operations • Background at a BaaS company • Mix of startup and larger company • Spanish proficiency • Crypto or stablecoin • Technical background • Portuguese proficiency
