Experience in Field Service Management is a must, particularly in defining system specifications and identifying opportunities to optimize solutions. You should also bring experience working on business transformation programs where product-based solutions must be adapted and scaled to fit dynamic environments. • We’re looking for people who thrive in agile, collaborative, global teams and who enjoy working with best-in-class technology to deliver meaningful impact. • 6–12 years of SaaS experience in professional services or client-facing roles. • Proven experience in Field Service Management (required). • Background in high-growth startups with evolving product roadmaps (preferred). • Creative problem-solving skills for addressing product gaps and business challenges. • Experience delivering solutions in an Agile environment. • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents. • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, and databases. • Working knowledge of data models, JavaScript, and JSON. • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across diverse levels and backgrounds. • High attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.
