Requirements
• Previous Microsoft sales experience preferred and knowledge around Office 365, EMS, Azure, etc. • Experience positioning and closing professional services opportunities • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (N/A for bullet points) • Previous experience in a sales or account management role: 5 years required • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events (N/A for bullet points)
Responsibilities
• Ongoing identification, development, and assessment of medium/large new business opportunities and partnerships, including cross-tower deals with key accounts. Develop extensive executive and senior management relationships within "new logo" client organizations which leads to being viewed as a "trusted advisor" or “strategic partner”. • Drive and mature identified opportunities by managing relationship building and requirements gathering from Identified to Qualified on select medium-large deals. Continue the Client management through remaining sales cycles of qualified opportunities, collaborating with Sr. Account Executive when necessary. • Work closely with Technology/Architecture, Offerings, and Delivery teams to brainstorm, build, and test complex solutions that cater towards Industry Needs below a certain threshold as well as larger ones by industry size.
