Requirements
• 10 plus years in creative roles, including at least 3 years in a senior creative leadership role • Hands on craft in at least two of art direction, design, copywriting, video, motion, or creative strategy. • Track record of high performing work for consumer internet, subscription, DTC, wellness, or technology brands. • Strong performance creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging AI native channels. • Daily fluency with AI creative tooling across image, video, motion, storytelling, and ideation. • Strong grasp of subscription dynamics, retention, and the end to end customer journey. • Experience leading internal creative teams and managing agencies, freelancers, and production partners. • High ownership and autonomy in a fast paced, fully remote environment; experience in wellness, healthtech, biotech, or adjacent categories is a plus.
