Requirements
• 3+ years in content creation, creative direction, or short-form content (agency, brand, or performance-focused environment) • Proven track record producing ads for TikTok, Meta, or Instagram • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to hook audiences in seconds • Skilled in scripting, producing, and editing short-form UGC ads • Experience with structured creative testing and iteration • Familiarity with AI creative tools for editing and scripting • Comfortable presenting creative strategies to clients • Experience growing and mentoring creators or creative teams • WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING • Work on a high-ambition, global team • Competitive salary + benefits (401k, healthcare, FSA, lunch for in-office days) • Annual company offsite in a new location each year • Remote-friendly (USA/Canada) with preference for SF-based candidates
