Requirements
• Experience as a creative producer in the performance marketing (would be nice: field of healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness) min 6 months (1 year+ will be an advantage) • Data-driven approach • Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs • Ability to create and implement performing creative strategies • Ability to create engaging and informative creative strategy and content that effectively attracts users • Experience with analytics and optimization of creatives • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Independency and willingness to push the processes • Flexibility and adaptability to fast changing • English minimum B2 level
Responsibilities
• Developing creative strategies and concepts for promoting the mobile application • Working closely with the Product, UA team to identify key features and advantages of the application, try different collaborative approaches to boost the performance • Optimizing creatives based on analytical data and user feedback • Conducting competitors research to analyze best practices on the market • Organizing brainstorms with the team • Writing the briefs for UGC, evaluating results, making reworks to increase the results • Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas • Ability to balance creativity with performance goals • Strong ideation skills combined with structured thinking • Understanding of modern trends across social media platforms
