Requirements
• 5+ years in creative direction, short-form content, or ad production (agency or fast-paced environment) • Proven track record producing ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives for different audiences • Skilled in writing, producing, and editing short-form ads • Experience with creative testing and performance optimization • Familiarity with AI creative tools for design and video • Comfort presenting creative strategies to clients • Experience growing and mentoring a creative team • WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING • Work on a high-ambition, global team • Competitive salary + benefits (401k, healthcare, FSA, lunch for in-office days) • Annual company offsite in a new location each year • Remote-friendly (USA/Canada) with preference for SF-based candidates
