Capco - Business Change Analyst - Wealth, Investment & Asset Management
Requirements
• Experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services, with essential knowledge of Wealth & Asset Management products, processes and operating models. • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, process re-engineering, customer journey analysis and producing functional specifications and user stories. • Understanding of change management and project delivery methodologies, including Agile, with experience supporting projects from business case through to testing and implementation. • Effective stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. • Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities and an interest in using approved AI tools and automation to improve analysis, with appropriate judgement and responsible AI practices. • Experience delivering transformation programmes within Wealth Management, Asset Management or investment platforms. • Knowledge of digital transformation, operating model change and business process optimisation in regulated financial services. • Experience working with Agile delivery teams, Product Owners, technology specialists and third-party providers. • Exposure to AI-enabled business analysis, intelligent automation or emerging AI capabilities, including governance and review. • For senior-level candidates, experience supporting or managing Business Analyst teams and contributing to project planning.
Responsibilities
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements, facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications and user stories. • Analyse and improve business processes and customer journeys, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation and responsible AI-enabled working. • Support end-to-end change initiatives, from business case development through to test planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners and client stakeholders to deliver change using Agile and other appropriate project methodologies. • Interpret complex information, reconcile discrepancies and develop actionable recommendations, using approved AI-assisted analysis where appropriate, with human validation of outputs.
