Foundation Risk Partners - Salesforce Enablement Lead

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in the Salesforce ecosystem. • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred. • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and the ability to confidently navigate, demonstrate, and explain functionality to users with varying levels of technical experience. • Experience developing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language. • Experience creating user communications, training materials, presentations, job aids, and other enablement content. • Foundational experience in marketing, communications, change management, or a related discipline. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different business units and stakeholder groups. • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including developing plans, managing milestones and dependencies, and coordinating activities across teams. • Strong facilitation and presentation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with users, leaders, subject matter experts, and technical partners. • Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and adapt as priorities, projects, and business needs evolve. • Flexibility to travel periodically for agency onboarding, training, or other business needs. • While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the job requirements, management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties from particular jobs and to assign other duties as necessary. • Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO): • FRP provides equal employment opportunity to qualified persons regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or any other classifications protected by law. • FRP offers a comprehensive range of health-related benefit options including medical, vision, and dental.
