• What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role: • 15+ years of experience in: Financial services with a focus on payments and card issuing. • 10+ years of experience in Requirement Definition. • Analytical mindset. • Ability to articulate ideas clearly, visually and written. • Strong technical understanding, capability and willingness to learn and develop skills on a daily basis. • Very driven and self-motivated, able to work autonomously. • A team player with a ‘can-do’, entrepreneurial attitude that thrives in an agile, ever-changing world. • Experience or knowledge in the payments industry, especially card processing and issuing. • Knowledge of ISO8583/Credit Card/Prepaid and Debit cards/Digital Wallets (Tokenization)/domestic payment networks/PCI DSS. • What experiences and skills are preferred in this role: • Knowledge of AWS. • Knowledge of data encryption and decryption. • Experience or knowledge of cloud-based distributed processing system. • What makes a successful E6er? • We appreciate the unique backgrounds, skill sets, experiences, and contributions each E6er brings.
