Requirements
• Strong interest in AI productivity, workflow design, and applying technology to improve how teams operate • Ability to identify patterns, simplify complex workflows, and translate ideas into practical, easy-to-use solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to help others adopt new tools and ways of working • Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • Hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and/or Claude Code for writing, research, analysis, prototyping, or workflow improvement • Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts, including how to structure prompts for clarity, consistency, and high-quality outputs • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
• Partner with Customer Experience, Customer Success, and Support stakeholders to evaluate current workflows, identify friction points, and uncover high-value opportunities for AI enablement • Analyze repeatable, manual tasks and recommend ways to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality through AI-assisted workflows • Design, test, and refine prompts, templates, and lightweight automations that support common CS use cases such as customer summaries, follow-up communications, account prep, and internal handoffs • Help document and operationalize best practices for AI usage, including prompt structure, workflow guidance, and practical team enablement • Lead a capstone project focused on AI Productivity & Scale for CX/CS, culminating in a final set of recommendations, prototypes, prompts, and reusable assets that help the team adopt AI more effectively
