Requirements
• 7 or more years of experience in project controls • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or an equivalent practical background • Strong knowledge of cost management, forecasting, change control, and project risk • Hands on experience with Earned Value Management or resource based project data • Experience with data centers, manufacturing, industrial facilities, or complex commissioning projects • Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills • Experience establishing or supporting a Project Management Office or Program Management Office • Knowledge of project governance, stage gates, approval processes, decision rights, and executive reporting • Experience improving or standardizing project controls processes across multiple projects or stakeholders • Experience with project controls digitalization, workflow automation, dashboards, analytics, or integrated reporting • Experience evaluating, implementing, configuring, or improving a Project Management Information System • Familiarity with Oracle Unifier, EcoSys, Primavera P6, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar systems • Experience integrating cost, schedule, risk, change, procurement, and financial data • Experience supporting project changes, claims, commercial reviews, or contractor negotiations • Ability to analyze project metrics and recommend improvements to delivery efficiency and predictability • We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
